Job Opportunity: Credit Strats Director at HSBC

Join HSBC as a Credit Strats Director and lead innovative credit risk management initiatives within our Commercial Banking division. This role involves developing industry-leading credit platforms, collaborating with regional teams, and designing tools that enhance client service and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Building and delivering a cutting-edge credit platform within the Felis, the Wholesale Analytics platform.
2. Partnering with product specialists and regional heads to optimize models for market conditions.
3. Designing next-generation tools to improve client servicing and revenue.
4. Achieving consensus among senior stakeholders and driving top-tier credit analytics.
5. Providing thought leadership in credit framework design and calibration.
6. Collaborating with client-facing teams to design capital-efficient products and monitor performance.
