Position: Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £42,435 - £44,669 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Estate Services team based in Welwyn Garden City. The role involves overseeing multiple sites, coordinating a team of approximately 12 operatives, managing service delivery, and responding to emergencies. A company van will be provided, and there are opportunities for career development within Sanctuary.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing service delivery to stakeholders
• Ensuring team effectiveness and safety
• Managing grounds maintenance, cleaning, and compliance teams
• Addressing complaints and service breakdowns
• Monitoring and reviewing team and subcontractor performance

Qualifications and skills:

• NVQ Level 3 in a core trade or ILM membership or in progress; original certification required at interview
• Experience managing frontline teams in grounds maintenance and cleaning
• NVQ Level 2 in Amenity Horticulture or Cleaning (advantageous but not essential)
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid UK driving license
