Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Employee Engagement Team, for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Administrator. The post holder will be an integral member of the team and will provide high-level administration support to the Employee Engagement team and programmes of work.

Main duties of the job

This key role requires:

  • Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office application, in particular; Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Diary, meeting and workshop management
  • The set-up and maintenance of digital file directories.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential criteria

  • RSA III / NVQ 3 Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth and detailed knowledge and understanding of secretarial procedures, the structure, policies, plans, regulations, management and operational procedures of the Organisation.
  • Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages.
  • Ability to take minutes

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Experience at a high level of providing a comprehensive administrative/PA service.
  • Experience of setting up and using filing/IT systems
  • Familiar with office procedures & deadlines
