A leading insurance provider seeks an enthusiastic individual to join their Governance team. The role involves supporting third-party risk management activities, maintaining databases, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Flexible working arrangements are offered, including part-time and remote options.
Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.
Location: We’re flexible on where you are based, however, there will be frequent travel to Farnborough and London, and other UK offices when required

The opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the ZM Governance team supporting the Third-party Risk Management activities. ZM is growing its third-party landscape and with additional regulatory expectations surrounding business resilience and third-party management the Third-Party Risk Management framework needs to be robust and efficient. The role involves supporting oversight of the 90+ third party relationships held by ZM and facilitating the onboarding, renewing and offboarding of these relationships.

This role is integral to supporting ZM achieve their business strategy. As part of the Zurich Municipal Governance team stakeholder manager is key to what we do and the role requires daily interaction with Underwriting, Performance and Change, Zurich Municipal Market teams and our network of third-party relationships.

What will you be doing?
What are we looking for?
We seek a candidate keen to expand their knowledge and understanding of third-party relationships and how to manage the risk they represent to a business. You should be open building your knowledge and awareness of interpreting, building, and embedding strategic control frameworks. You should be comfortable with managing data sets and presenting data to varying stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
You will need to build strong relationships with stakeholders within Zurich Municipal and across the UK, collaborating effectively with 1LoD and 2LoD colleagues.
