ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Consultant - Join a Leading Digital Transformation Consultancy

Our client, a dynamic and growing consultancy, is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Consultant to join their expanding team. As a specialist in ServiceNow, you will play a key role in designing and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions across a range of sectors, supporting clients through their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow workflows and modules.

• Deliver strategic consulting services, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through ServiceNow.

• Ensure solution designs are aligned with best practices and scalable enterprise architecture standards.

• Work across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.

• Provide leadership during pre-sales and client solution workshops.

• Guide development teams with technical oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant in a client-facing role.

• Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, especially:

  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

  • ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)

  • HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)

  • CSM (Customer Service Management)

  • Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub

• Experience with designing and implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

• Strong understanding of CMDB, service mapping, and data modelling.

• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver workshops/presentations.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
