A leading healthcare organization in Scotland is seeking part-time and full-time family nurses to join their team. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 18-month training program, culminating in a Professional Diploma in Family Nursing. This role is vital for supporting families across NHS Forth Valley and requires attendance at mandatory training events.
We are delighted to be part of FNP, in line with the Scottish Government Commitment to “roll out FNP in Scotland”.
We have been supporting families across NHS Forth Valley continuously since September 2017.
Key to the success will be the appointment of part-time and full-time family nurses to our team.
The successful applicant must be available to attend all mandatory FNP Education over an 18-month period. Education is delivered through a hybrid model of online and face-to-face sessions, including some residential modules. The first module, Foundations in FNP Practice, begins on 2nd September 2025 (all dates attached). All new Family Nurses will have the option to undertake the Professional Diploma in Family Nursing, which on successful completion, awards 60 SCQF Level 11 points.
