Job Description:

Role: Quality and Clinical Director

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Quality and Clinical Director to lead and improve quality within a respected care organization.

About the Role:

You will:

1. Lead a team of 5 within the quality department.
2. Visit care homes 3 days a week to conduct audits, develop action plans, support CQC inspections, and participate in key meetings.
3. Oversee and implement a quality assurance program, with plans to review and renew in the upcoming year.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in delivering quality improvement at a senior level.
2. Strong background in social care.
3. Deep understanding of CQC standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks in the care sector.
4. Confident, proactive leadership style capable of influencing and driving change across services.
