What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting Teaching & Learning – Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Leading the Classroom – Deliver pre-planned lessons during PPA cover or teacher absences.
• Providing Individual Support – Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help them progress.
• Tracking Progress – Monitor student achievements, offering encouragement and feedback.
• Creating a Positive Environment – Help manage the classroom and promote a supportive learning space.

• HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role.
