We're a leading manufacturer of convenience food in the UK and our purpose is to make everyday taste better. We're a vibrant, fast-paced food manufacturer employing 13,300 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots nationwide. We supply all the UK's food retailers with a range of products from sandwiches, soups, and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles, and ready meals. In FY24, we generated revenues of £1.8bn. Our extensive direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, consisting of 17 depots, enables us to make over 10,500 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce, as well as third-party products.
Here in Boston, we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for major retailers such as Coop, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar, and BOL.
As our Project Engineer at Boston, you will report to the Engineering Project Manager and be part of our central projects team. Your role involves designing, planning, and deploying engineering solutions to enhance the assets on site. Some of our exciting projects over the next year include:

This is a Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) position, with some flexibility required, including willingness to work night shifts when necessary.
