A leading global FMCG organisation is embarking on a major transformation programme and is seeking a Partner Inter-dependencies Lead to coordinate delivery across multiple strategic partners. This role is critical to ensuring alignment, accountability, and seamless integration across a complex vendor ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • As the Partner Inter-dependencies Lead, you will:
  • Act as the central point of contact for partner delivery coordination
  • Drive the implementation of shared OKRs, joint scorecards, and key performance metrics
  • Facilitate regular partner forums, retrospectives, and interdependency reviews
  • Track and manage performance, risks, and cross-vendor alignment
  • Support Integration Champions embedded within each delivery partner
  • Maintain a unified governance framework across all vendors and workstreams
  • Escalate critical issues or unresolved dependencies to senior stakeholders
  • Foster a strong “One Team” culture through joint branding and recognition
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in programme delivery, transformation leadership, or partner governance
  • Demonstrated success working across multi-vendor environments, ideally on enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and alignment-building skills
  • Expertise in performance tracking, delivery scorecards, and governance reporting
  • Ability to influence across organisational boundaries and resolve cross-partner challenges
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, consulting, or enterprise technology sectors is highly desirable
