Job Title: Associate Electronics PCB Design Engineer Ref. 956

Department: Engineering

Salary: £36,330 - £39,055

Job description

Salary awarded is based on skills assessment at interview.

This role is available full-time for 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, or part-time with a minimum of 28 hours per week. Flexible or compressed working hours available.

This role is office based.

Responsibilities include: designing, building, and testing electronic circuits and printed circuit boards; working within a product development team to create hardware solutions for security products; modifying designs; collaborating on new product designs; supporting product verification and maintenance; contributing to library parts and project planning.

More About You

To apply, you should have experience in designing and testing analogue, digital, and microcontroller-based systems; understanding of product and system design; relevant qualifications such as an HND in electrical/electronic engineering. Beneficial but not essential are further qualifications, experience in schematic capture, PCB design, RF, EMC, signal integrity, and PCB manufacturing knowledge.

You should be eager to learn, collaborative, committed to quality, innovative, adaptable, proactive in improvements, and able to understand partner needs.

Putting your skills to use

You will be involved in full product development, creating designs, verifying, supporting, and contributing to project planning, working with diverse partners and engineers.
