We’re expanding our service offering and strengthening our team in line with our long-term vision to be theleading commercial property firm in the South West.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a newly established service line, combiningBettesworths’ respected brandand deep market presence with the freedom and support to build your own client relationships and processes.

You will beclient-facing, managing a growing portfolio of commercial properties across the region. Day-to-day, you will take ownership of:

• Rent collection, service charge management, and lease compliance
• Maintenance coordination and contractor liaison
• Client reporting and tenant relations
• Supporting legal and regulatory compliance
• Helping shape operational systems and best practices
• Driving business development and client retention

You will work closely with the wider team and be supported by a dedicated accounts/admin professional. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.

About You

We are looking for aconfident, personable, and drivenProperty Manager with a passion for providing first-class service.

You’ll be aself-starter, ideally with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial property management but not essential. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the opportunity to shape and grow a new department.

You will have:

• A strong understanding of commercial landlord & tenant responsibilities
• Solid experience in lease management and service charges
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• An interest in growing a client base and winning new instructions
• A professional, proactive approach with a team mindset
• A full UK driving license
