My client is a well-established firm in Aberdeen and it is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with up to 4 Years' PQE to join its Aberdeen city-centre team.

The role:

• Manage a full Conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
• Caseload includes sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and discharges
• Negotiations of deals
• Client facing

About You:

• Between Newly Qualified and 4 Years' PQE – candidates with more experience will still be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A pro-active mindset and results-driven mentality
• Commercial awareness
