We are seeking a KYC Product Manager to lead the development and management of new products and features in non-documentary identity verification for the EU market.

A KYC Product Manager at Sumsub is part of the Data Intelligence team, aiming to make KYC operations safe, efficient, and effortless through ongoing development of our Non-Doc Verification suite. As the product evolves, so does our dedicated regional management team.

We are looking for an expert in technology and data partner enablement to lead the EU market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Expanding and managing non-documentary identity verification products in Europe, including QES Verification, Non-Doc Verification (eID Systems), Bank Account Verification, Penny Drop Verification, and Digital Identity Wallet Verification.

You will be doing:

• Researching and assessing new database products to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Coordinating new product releases and managing existing product portfolios.
• Reducing product costs and implementing redundancy where needed.
• Managing partner relationships and seeking improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to expand customer base and revenue.
• Working with Legal and Data Protection teams to address regulatory challenges.
• Partnering with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.

About you:

• At least 1 year of product management experience in KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity, with a preference for technical roles.
• Understanding of Identity Verification solutions and market.
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of French or Spanish (B2-C2) is a plus.
• Strong technical background and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience managing partner/technology relationships.
• Effective project management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
