Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of customer loyalty programs, integrated with MarTech platforms and aligned to broader digital engagement strategies. You will gather requirements, analyze data, document workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loyalty journeys and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for loyalty programs.
- Translate customer loyalty goals into clearly defined use cases, workflows, and user stories.
- Map customer journeys and identify key loyalty triggers across digital touchpoints.
Loyalty Program Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze loyalty program performance data, customer engagement patterns, and marketing outcomes.
- Collaborate with loyalty strategists and data analysts to refine segmentation, reward structures, and tier rules.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve personalization and retention strategies.
MarTech & Platform Alignment:
- Support integration of loyalty initiatives with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Braze).
- Ensure data mapping, campaign logic, and customer profiles align with platform capabilities.
- Work with developers and QA teams to validate implementation against business goals.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business teams, CX/UX, data, and technology teams.
- Lead workshops, write clear documentation, and support UAT and change management.
- Ensure solutions meet both user needs and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty-focused roles.
- Solid understanding of loyalty program structures, KPIs, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working with or alongside MarTech platforms (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, marketing automation tools).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills (user stories, business process models, journey maps).
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
