Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Daily Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
4. Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment.

Employment: Full-time

Salary: £13 – £14 hourly
