Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role position will support the Human Resources department in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks aimed at attracting and retaining top talents across the UK, the USA, and Europe. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or currently working towards certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, and conducting first-stage interviews.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Help maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s customer-first approach throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and assist in providing regular reports on hiring progress.

Onboarding:

  • Assist in implementing the onboarding programme for new hires.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding records.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage pre-prepared HR documents for signatures, such as job offers and employment contracts.
  • Assist in maintaining the policy repository and monitoring review dates.
  • Support various HR processes, including the administration of documents for performance reviews, training programmes, and career progression initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or currently working towards CIPD certification.
  • Some experience in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
