About the role

Our Ramp Operations Team supports seamless airport operations, managing passenger baggage and aircraft turnaround. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing aircraft turnaround processes, including arrival, baggage handling, and departure.
• Sorting outbound passenger baggage efficiently.
• Operating ground service equipment.
• Performing maintenance and cleaning of equipment and operational areas.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a positive passenger experience.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Embodying the 'One Team' culture and supporting business needs, including undertaking other activities as required.
• Working various shifts during airport operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential skills include:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with ground service equipment (advantageous but not essential)
