About the role

As a Dispatch Agent, you will support airport operations by managing aircraft turnarounds and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely departures.

• Coordinate aircraft turnaround from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Ensure all services are ready for on-time departure.
• Maintain compliance with airline weight and balance regulations.
• Detail delay reports to relevant authorities in case of delays.
• Perform administrative and paperwork duties.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to enhance passenger experience.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Embody the 'One Team' culture and support business needs.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Required skills include:

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Aviation experience is advantageous but not essential.
