What you will be doing:
  • Hiring, welcoming, and training a top-notch cleaning team
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and training to meet cleanliness standards and efficiency targets
  • Planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational plans, using data analysis to develop the team
  • Implementing performance improvement processes and managing budgets for laundry and consumables
  • Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for your team
  • Ensuring your team has the necessary tools and supplies
  • Using guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Monitoring cleaning standards and maintaining high-quality service
