Typical projects can range from a few hundred pounds up to GBP600,000. With our close relationship with the education sector, school holidays tend to be busy periods, with the 6 weeks in summer typically accounting for 20% of the year. We are actively looking to expand into the commercial sector. Projects include office refurbishments, classroom refurbishments, washrooms, extensions, new builds, groundworks, carpentry, plumbing, fencing, among others. Long term, we aim to move into property development.
