This school is looking for a dedicated School Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the school office, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and excellent service to staff, students, and parents.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's administrative functions to ensure a well-organised and effective office environment.
  • Lead and support the office team, allocating tasks and overseeing workloads.
  • Oversee student admissions, attendance records, and attendance records, and school data management systems.
  • Handle communication with parents, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Manage financial administration, including invoicing, budget tracking, and procurement processes.
  • Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment processes, payroll coordination, and compliance.
