Job Description

Concept are recruiting for experienced EPoS / IT Field Engineers / Technical Couriers in the South East of the UK. The successful engineers will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, and repair of clients' IT and EPoS equipment on a monthly rolling contract. There is potential for transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

What are the rates?

• Pay up to £160 per day on outside IR35 contracts
• Overtime (more than 9 hours a day including travel) paid at £16 per hour
• Mileage claimable after 100 miles per day at 30ppm, parking, bridge, tolls, etc., claimable weekly
• Weekend work available: Saturdays at 1.25x, Sundays at 1.5x
• Potential for further contract work; permanent position may be offered to the right candidate

What are we looking for?

• Experienced IT field engineers with breakfix and repair experience of ATM, EPoS, and IT equipment
• Engineers from industries such as coffee, vending, ticketing machines, ATM, etc., will be considered
• Must have a reliable vehicle with business insurance and valid MOT; proof required
• Must have an Android phone for the project, as the client’s application is required
• Ability to pass BS7858 vetting level 4 (including Scottish Disclosure and credit check)

Working Hours

• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, including travel time; flexibility required
• Sites per day: no restriction
• Work consistency: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday; weekend work available
