Job Description:

Elevation HR Division is currently working with a growing manufacturing company in Sheffield seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a permanent basis.

This is a fully generalist role, playing a pivotal part in supporting the day-to-day HR functions of this successful business, including managing the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities of an HR Advisor:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Coach managers on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and absence management
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs
  • Support HR projects like implementing a new HRIS system
  • Assist line managers with recruitment, including writing job descriptions, CV sifting, and interview coordination

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or retail sectors and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
