Job description

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient, and high-quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes working with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Wider Leadership Team (WLT) to support and coordinate the smooth running of various business operations. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of meetings, project support with deadline oversight, document management, diary management, and supporting the Company Secretary with Governance activities.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Qualified to Level 3/5 in Business Administration or similar, or qualified by experience
  2. Extensive experience in a business administration or support role
  3. Proven experience working in a customer-facing organization
  4. Ability to present administrative and financial information clearly and logically
  5. Experience working accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures
  6. Experience in improving, measuring, and continually enhancing project performance and effectiveness
  7. Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the public, including managing compliments and complaints effectively
  8. Ability to use initiative and think commercially to support service development
  9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work to deadlines with minimal supervision
  10. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to ensure smooth project and activity delivery
  11. Engaging, enthusiastic communication skills, adaptable for different audiences
  12. Team player with a proactive approach, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
  13. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
  14. Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  15. Excellent time management skills
