About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join the ICR and the Stratus Programme. The role involves supporting the organisation to adopt simple, standard, and modern processes. The successful candidate will develop test strategies, manage testing products, and oversee test teams, including external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for the ICR Stratus ERP programme, including applications like Oracle Fusion and third-party applications, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end testing.
2. Lead and manage testing plans and resources, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams.
3. Oversee quality assurance for Oracle applications, integrations, and migrations, establishing metrics and best practices.
4. Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.

About You

We seek an individual with proven experience as an Oracle Test Manager or similar role, with strong skills in test management tools.

Qualifications and experience include:

• Proven experience in Oracle testing management.
• Experience with Oracle test automation and management tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps in an Oracle environment.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP test workstreams.
• Ability to manage multiple Oracle modules in a fast-paced environment.
