We are looking for a practical individual to join Talbots as a Solicitor within the Real Estate Litigation team for our Dispute Resolution department, with at least 2 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.
As a Solicitor, you will be dealing with a range of property disputes including pre-action procedures, service of notices, court proceedings, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). You will manage your own caseload and assist more senior team members on high-value and complex litigation matters.
