Role: Fire Alarm Service Technician

Location:

Salary:

Up to £40,000

Position Details:

• This is a fully remote position
• Company van provided
• Full clean license essential

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine testing and inspections
• Perform alarm activations, visual inspections, and functional checks
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
• Apply strong technical skills, including knowledge of relevant regulations (BS 5839)
• Respond to emergency call-outs and undertake necessary repairs
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships
• Report faults or potential issues to the appropriate teams
• Stay updated with industry regulations and new products/technology
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
