Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of absorbent hygiene solutions, is looking for a home-based Clinical Manager / Product Lead. They develop, produce, and market products that improve quality of life for people with bladder weakness and incontinence.
This is a permanent role starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Health Service stakeholders and Private Wholesaler/Distributor Partners to maximize sales.
- Promote the value and benefits of products to stakeholders.
- Build brand awareness and acceptance.
- Oversee evaluations and financial investments for new contracts.
- Lead implementation strategies within a multi-functional team.
- Coordinate initiatives to meet target timings, leveraging internal/external expertise.
- Ensure high standards of customer service through effective communication and management.
- Identify target customers and develop sales strategies with the UK Commercial Manager.
- Mentor the UK and Ireland team on product knowledge and application.
- Develop contacts with relevant professional bodies.
- Educate employees, new starters, and service partners on products.
- Manage projects, including R&D and product change management.
- Represent the UK on the co-creation team, handling product complaints.
- Serve as a clinical specialist and qualified nursing practitioner.
- Support marketing in developing brand communication materials.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive products.
Minimum Requirements:
- RCN Accredited Health Care Professional
- Experience in continence care and 2 years of commercial exposure
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent thinking
- Tactical agility and adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in customer mapping and sales principles
- Strong understanding of NHS/retail marketplace
- Ability to manage B2B relationships
- Experience in tender-driven markets
- Leadership skills for managing multifunctional teams
- Financial awareness and budget management
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
