Job description

A new opportunity has arisen at a reputable firm in its family law department in Tamworth. Join the Divorce & Finance team, which is expanding due to increasing caseloads. This location offers the advantage of avoiding heavy traffic if commuting from the south.

This role is ideal for someone with over 18 months PQE in divorce and finance law. The candidate should be capable of managing their caseload independently, be open to coaching, and eager to develop further. There are excellent opportunities for progression within the team, potentially up to Head of Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling relationship breakdowns, dissolution of civil partnerships, and financial settlements. Training will be provided on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. The firm values independence but also offers support to foster professional growth.
