An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join their team at HMP Winchester. We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join the team at HMP Winchester, a Category B male prison just outside of the city centre. HMP Winchester has free onsite parking as well as excellent transport links - there is a bus stop opposite the site and the train station is a 10 minute walk.
Join the Recovery Team and empower those whom wish to make changes in their behaviour to promote health and well-being through recovery from drugs and alcohol. This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. HMP Winchester is a remand prison with capacity of around 650.
Hours: This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary of £26,586 - £30,684 dependent on experience.
Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
