Job description

We are looking for an Associate Paid Search Strategist to be responsible for the success and delivery of Visualsoft's Paid Search service. You will manage a portfolio of key to mid-level Paid Search clients and serve as the primary relationship stakeholder. Building strong client relationships and focusing on client-centric results are crucial to grow your portfolio's return and ensure the highest quality of service.

This role is ideal for individuals currently in client-facing roles or Senior Marketing Executives with PPC experience seeking career advancement.

Job Purpose

The Associate Paid Search Strategist will lead the implementation of client portfolios across relevant platforms, aiming to meet client goals. Utilizing advanced technology and partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Shoptimised, you will prioritize clients and demonstrate strategic agility to achieve excellence. Strategy and execution are key to ensuring clients benefit from our Paid Search services with transparency and clarity.

Primary Duties
  • Client Portfolio Relationship: Nurture and own your client relationships.
  • Portfolio Retention: Ensure high client retention through excellent relationship management.
  • Maintain & Promote Highest Standards of Paid Search: Execute services impeccably to ensure full and efficient client servicing.
  • Client Happiness: Use NPS and CSAT scores to measure and improve client satisfaction, taking appropriate actions when scores are below expectations.
  • Strive for Client Results: Continuously aim for the highest results, taking ownership and implementing improvements.
  • Control & Own Paid Search Strategy: Develop and own top-tier strategies, share insights across the business, and implement industry-leading tactics.
Key Account Tasks
  • Manage budgets, including implementing changes and recommendations.
  • Implement Optiscore recommendations.
  • Review and adjust bid strategies.
  • Communicate with clients and internally about their accounts.
  • Design and front-end development requests.
  • Sign off on monthly client reports.
  • Provide strategic guidance through strategy decks.
Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience in Paid Search, agency or client side.
  • Expertise in Paid Search platforms, tools, analytics, and measurement.
  • Experience in developing and executing Paid Search strategies.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, both independently and in teams.
  • Senior-level client-facing experience and strategy presentation skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset.
Desirable
  • Experience in e-commerce and other digital media channels.
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio, Attribution, Google Tag Manager, Feed Management Solutions.
