NW Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a national education provider to recruit an exceptional Teacher of French in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to nurture today s young people and inspire tomorrow s leaders within a high-performing and supportive educational environment.

• Salary Range: £31,650 to £49,084 per year (MPS/UPS scale)
• Application Deadline: Thursday, 15th May 2025 at Midnight (should the role not be fulfilled at this stage, temporary placements may be offered).

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality teaching that fosters a love of language learning and supports strong academic outcomes. The appointed teacher will demonstrate a clear passion for their subject and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

Collaboration, effective classroom management, and the ability to motivate both learners and colleagues are essential for success in this role.

What does the day to day look like?

• Prepare and deliver engaging French lessons that match pupils needs and academic stages.
• Adapt learning materials and methods to support individual student progress.
• Monitor, record, and communicate pupil development and achievement.
• Create a positive classroom environment that supports learning and behaviour expectations.
• Contribute to department planning, meetings, and administrative tasks as required.

The successful candidate considerations:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• The ability to teach their subject to GCSE level
• A proven record of delivering strong pupil attainment and achievement
• Proven experience of using innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse, challenge, and progress learners
