This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business delivering large-scale IT infrastructure and SD-WAN solutions across the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our project delivery capability as we continue to grow under the Communicate umbrella.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage our Project Delivery and Provisioning teams
• Oversee all customer projects from planning through to completion
• Create and manage project plans and documentation (Microsoft Project / Project Online)
• Enhance and streamline internal delivery processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful, timely project outcomes
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Provide regular project reports and updates to stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an MSP
• Strong knowledge of structured project management methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Project Online
• A confident people leader with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
