This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality installations, servicing, and maintenance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, identifying risks, and implementing relevant training.
2. Oversee engineering operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery in installations, servicing, call-outs, and additional works.
3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures covering both technical and administrative functions to drive efficiency and consistency.
4. Monitor quality control standards and performance metrics to ensure excellence across all geographical locations.
5. Lead technical problem-solving initiatives, maintaining high engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
6. Manage and develop the Field Engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
7. Proactively identify and drive necessary changes to align with business objectives, ensuring continuous service improvement.
8. Collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
