Masterclass Education works closely with schools to support both their temporary and long-term staffing needs.

Our Specialist Education Team is currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and willing candidates to fill various roles supporting students in achieving their goals.

Role of a Teaching Assistant:
  • Support students in accessing their individualised curriculum and education pathway.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students.
  • Assist with their schoolwork and be someone they can talk to when needed.
  • Support the development of positive behaviour management.
  • Work one-on-one with students to support the class teacher in specific lessons.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment where pupils feel relaxed and happy.
  • Establish positive relationships with children and staff.
  • Commit to inclusive practices, ensuring every child has the opportunity to excel.
  • Provide personal care if necessary.

Previous experience in schools is preferred but not required; candidates with transferable skills will be considered.

Masterclass Education provides CPD-recognised online training covering topics such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more.

The ideal candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.
