Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, the candidate will be responsible for program delivery of multiple related work tracks and functional area deliverables to meet overall integration goals and timelines. They will use program and organizational strategic goals to align and prioritize the program team workloads. The role involves managing cross-functional relationships and dependencies between IT and other business functions.

The candidate will utilize extensive knowledge of IT and cybersecurity systems, along with their knowledge of acquisition integration, to deliver projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards. They will promote the use and development of standards and guidelines in personal and team efforts.

The role includes managing team members, leads, and resource managers, tracking progress toward milestones, managing budgets and risks, and producing progress reports with risk escalations as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Project & Program Management, negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Schedule creation, tracking, and maintenance.
  • Mergers and acquisitions experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, especially data center operations.
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity systems, practices, and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Experience overseeing UAT and similar pre-deployment testing cycles.
  • Management of projects/deliverables in ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SmartSheets.
  • End-to-end ownership of risk identification and management, including RAID log management and escalations.
  • Budget tracking, management, and reporting.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and meeting management skills.
  • Self-starter capable of acting as a single point of contact for all project/program needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to develop relationships, understand needs, and set expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience.
  • 8 or more years of technology project management experience across various project types and delivery methods, including:
  • IT infrastructure deployment, upgrades, or lifecycle management.
  • Cybersecurity scanning and remediation.
  • Software development and deployment.
  • Organizational change management experience.
