Job Title: Administration Assistant - Customer Care Team

We are seeking an administration assistant to join our friendly and high-performing customer care team. The primary focus is to ensure students and universities experience a smooth planning process for their graduations. Our team values safety (no question is too silly) and close teamwork to support each other through challenges. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Graduation ceremonies are a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Customer Care ensures that students and institutions have peace of mind for this important milestone.

The successful candidate will work closely with the technical lead in Customer Care and interact daily with customers (university students and their families) via phone, email, and LiveChat. Experience in assisting customers through these channels is essential.

The role also involves working with clients (university graduation organizers), assisting with technical tasks such as data uploads and website setups (training provided). Some technical knowledge is beneficial, but a willingness to learn and develop is more important.

We seek someone with excellent attention to detail who can work effectively within a small team and maintain high standards under pressure during peak seasons. If this sounds like you, we look forward to receiving your CV!

Knowledge of Excel and Office packages is required; specific software training will be provided.
