Job description

Gas Engineer - £45,000 + Company vehicle + Profit share scheme
Midlands based - predominantly local travel
Monday to Friday days

The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Gas Engineer to join an expanding team within a well-established business that provides commercial and industrial HVAC solutions.

Scope of role

1. Managing day-to-day workload
2. Carrying out planned maintenance duties within commercial and industrial settings
3. Installation of heating systems
4. Warm air heaters
5. Radiant tube heaters
6. Radiant plaque heaters
7. Boilers
8. Responding to breakdown repairs within the working day

The Gas Engineer requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Current or previous experience as a Gas Engineer, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting
• Hold the following gas qualifications: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent time management skills to confidently manage your own workload
