Job Description:

Responsibilities:

The Sales Assistant will support the Showroom Sales Team by providing customers with information and advice regarding acquisitions, ensuring an outstanding sales experience. The Sales Assistant reports directly to the Showroom Manager.

Main Activities:

  • Support the Sales Team in greeting customers and providing excellent hospitality.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Engage with customers using appropriate selling skills to match their needs and support their decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and store goods, checking for damages.
  • Use company reporting tools for quotes, project registration, traffic registration, and CRM.
  • Expand the company database through client data registration and profiling.
  • Assist in organizing events and promotional activities with the Store Manager and Retail Director.
  • Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing sales data.
  • Investigate customer complaints and feedback.
  • Support the implementation of programs and organizational objectives.

Experience and Education:

Previous experience (2-3 years) in high-end furniture or luxury goods industry is preferred.

Technical and Soft Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and stress management.
  • Polite, customer-oriented, and team player.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proactive approach to achieving goals.

Work Location: Harrods - London

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, shifts from 10 AM to 6 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM, rotating schedule.
