Insights is a Learning and Development company which aims to change the world through the power of self-awareness.

Our core purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do. Like any brilliant team, we’re made up of different people. A career at Insights is about welcoming people for who they are, and supporting their journey towards who they want to become.

We’re more than a global Learning and Development company — we’re on a mission to make a lasting, positive impact. From driving self-awareness to shaping more connected, collaborative workplaces, we help people and organisations unlock their full potential.

But growth isn’t just about business. We believe in creating a sustainable future — for our people, our communities, and the world around us. Our approach to sustainability goes beyond environmental action: we’re tackling net zero, championing social and ethical responsibility, fostering diversity and inclusion, and supporting employee wellbeing. Now, we’re looking for passionate, purpose-driven graduates to join us on this transformative journey.

Job Description

Our Graduate Programmes

As a Sustainability Graduate, you’ll dive into meaningful, high-impact projects that contribute to real-world change — both within our organisation and beyond. From day one, you’ll receive a structured learning journey, ongoing mentorship, and access to a supportive network of Early Careers graduates. This is your chance to shape the future, grow your career, and make a difference where it matters most.

Sustainability Graduate Role

This is not your average sustainability role. You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to create a thriving, responsible, and resilient business — gaining hands-on experience across a range of impactful initiatives to support the team’s demands and priorities, including but not limited to:

Social & Ethical Impact: Work on projects that ensure our business operates with integrity — positively impacting communities. Volunteering at Insights is part of what we do - making a difference to communities that need it most.

Sustainable Business Practices: Get involved in everything from supply chain improvements to waste reduction.

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging: Support initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and innovative workplace, where everyone belongs.

Employee Wellbeing: Develop and champion programmes that prioritise the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of our people.

Driving Net Zero: Help shape and deliver strategies to reduce carbon emissions and support our journey to net zero. We do this through encouraging and supporting Insights colleagues to make responsible choices to promote green practices.

Flexibility: This role is as versatile as you are. Whether you’re passionate about climate action, social equity, or corporate responsibility, we’ll tailor the programme to fuel your curiosity and ambition.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re on the hunt for bold, motivated graduates ready to create lasting change, individuals with a sustainability or related degree. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • A Self-Starter: Driven, proactive, and unafraid to take the initiative.
  • Agile and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
  • Passionate about Sustainability: Whether it's environmental action, social justice, or corporate responsibility — you care about creating a better future.
  • A Critical Thinker & Problem Solver: Curious, analytical, and ready to tackle complex challenges from multiple angles.
  • Collaborative and Independent: Confident working across multiple teams — but equally comfortable managing your own projects from end to end.
  • Multitasker Extraordinaire: You love variety and enjoy switching between different projects and priorities.
