This leading residential developer, based in London, is seeking two experienced Customer Care Operatives to carry out all aspects of property maintenance, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, and Tiling for New Build Residential schemes.
As part of the NHBC Warranty for new homeowners, the developer must maintain and repair issues within an initial 24-month period after the homeowner has moved in. These issues are typically minor, such as cracked plaster, plumbing leaks, and general settlement of the building after construction.
As a Customer Care Operative, you will be contacted by the customer service team to attend to customer issues at homes within completed or ongoing developments in London. You will manage customer expectations using your expertise and provide realistic timescales for completing tasks. Candidates can come from any trade background, but experience in painting or internal works is preferred. You must be customer-facing and capable of handling various situations professionally.
You will be provided with a van, toolkit, and petrol card to perform your duties to the highest standards.
