Job description

My client, a house builder, is looking to recruit a Customer Care Operative. Reporting to the Customer Service team, you will be providing customers with an efficient, accurate, and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Carrying out joinery / making good remedial work
  • Reporting and correcting minor faults
  • Effectively representing the brand when working in customer homes, ensuring customers are happy with repairs carried out
  • Regularly communicating and collaborating with the office team, contractors, and suppliers
  • Keeping admin up to date / effectively utilising appropriate IT and CRM systems
  • Identifying and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement

About You

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role providing customers with an efficient, accurate, and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.

Key Skills

  • Ideally, you will have a building trade background
  • Comfortable working at height and using ladders safely
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively while unsupervised
  • You will have access to a company van, so having a full UK driving license will be essential.
