The Gin Trap is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. At Chestnut, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced food and expressing culinary creativity. Working closely with the Head Chef, we are seeking an individual who has a great eye for detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.
