Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data related to payment fraud and chargebacks, and develop security rules and processes to prevent such issues on Swapped.com. Collaboration with customer support to identify patterns and implement preventative measures is essential. You will also handle chargebacks, liaise with law enforcement and banks, and manage related requests. As this is a new department, initial responsibilities will be significant to minimize fraud and false positives while maintaining user retention.

Compensation

€40,000 - €50,000 annually
