Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data against payment fraud and chargebacks, creating and maintaining security rules to prevent fraud and chargebacks on Swapped.com. You will collaborate with customer support based on observed patterns, manage and respond to chargebacks, and communicate with law enforcement and banks. As this is a new department, the role involves fast-paced work and significant responsibility to minimize fraud and chargeback rates while avoiding false positives and churn.
