The StaffBank for Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic & experienced Community Ward Health Care Assistants to join our Staff Bank workforce. This role is with Surrey Downs Health and Care (SDHC), supporting community locations including Dorking Hospital, Molesey Community Hospital & Mary Seacole unit.
The role involves supporting and assisting senior team members in delivering high-quality care and promoting physical, mental, and emotional health to individuals and groups. Surrey Downs Health and Care delivers person-centered care through Primary Care Networks and partnerships with local NHS organizations, including GP federations, CSH Surrey, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, and Surrey County Council.
