Job Description

Our client is a fast-paced production facility seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Electrician to start as soon as possible.

The Person:

• Relevant Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or recognised Electrical apprenticeship.
• Relevant experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems & software.

The Role:

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, handle Breakdowns, and repair machinery and production lines.
• Ensure maintenance is carried out according to the site schedule, liaising with other departments to minimize operational impact.
• Communicate regularly with engineering colleagues regarding equipment status and performance against schedules.
• Manage health and safety by ensuring all engineering work complies with Quality, Safety, Health & Environment policies and procedures.
• Document Standard Work and Standard Confirmation, keeping documents up to date to reflect preventive maintenance activities.

The rate for this role is £34.00 per hour. It operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days & nights).
