Job Title: Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Location: Corby

Salary: up to £45,000

My Corby-based client is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager who would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the logistics and warehouse operations, including vehicle and driver compliance, storage and inventory management, and the coordination of intakes and dispatches. This role requires effective collaboration with planning, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure seamless receiving, storage, transfer, and dispatch processes.

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager must also ensure that all operations align with the company's medium- to long-term goals and objectives while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be able to display the following to be considered

• At least 3 years strong experience in managing operations within a transport / warehouse environment.
• Expertise in fleet and driver management, inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant systems.
• Strong leadership and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
