Job description

We are looking for a full-time or part-time experienced Vet to cover both sites at Whitstable and Faversham.

Find a place to excel.

Whitstable is walking distance from the beach front alongside easy access to local novelty shops and cafes.

The role is working alongside our experienced clinical director who is an imaging certificate holder and another full-time veterinary surgeon who is gaining knowledge in emergency and critical care. Both are OV certified.

Our clinical director holds frequent clinical meetings with the vets to encourage case discussion and support job satisfaction and well-being.

Discover a workplace that supports you.

We have the usual equipment with digital x-ray, K-laser, ultrasound, dental x-ray, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and in-clinic laboratories. We have ample parking and very large facilities at Faversham, where we are also located next to a large pet store with whom we have a good relationship.

In addition, we have a very longstanding support team of 7 receptionists, 7 nurses, and 1 student nurse who have a diverse range of experience and a practice manager who is also an experienced nurse.

Full-time hours are 08:30-18:30 over a 4-day week with a mix of medical and surgical cases. Weekends are a rotation of 1:3 Saturdays from 08:00-16:00. No out of hours. Flexible working for the right candidate.

Fix or flex - find your perfect balance.

Part- and full-time candidates considered with Saturday rota evenly shared but no Sunday, night, or bank holiday work required.

Because our people matter!
